Sales Terms

All sales done through the Meditecwarehouse are on a prepaid basis. No credit terms are available.

ORDER PROCESSING

Meditecwarehouse will process your order within 8 business hours, however, if the item(s) needs to be shipped directly from the manufacturer, they will adhere to their delivery schedule.

SALES TAX

All applicable government taxes are charged on top of the product price. Where we have indicated the prices are inclusive of applicable government taxes.

Delivery Policy

We offer Free Delivery for orders over Rs. 25,000.00* and within 25Km radius. Delivery cost for more than 25 Km radius will be charged based on distance, weight, and capacity of the item. Also, the delivery charge for orders less than Rs. 25,000.00 will be calculated based on distance, weight, and capacity of the item

* While most orders over SLRs. 25,000.00 Delivery Free, heavy items that require special delivery may incur a special delivery charge.  A customer service representative will call you to discuss such charges. Please note some products which need special delivery requirements (Ex. Cold delivery) may carry an additional fee per order for the product to ship. In such instances, a customer service representative will call you to discuss such charges.

Conditions and Restrictions that may require additional charges. 

Site preparation - You are responsible for removing anything from the location that the product will be placed in, which will obstruct the placement of the product (i.e. existing tables) before your product arrives.  Facilities that are not ready for delivery or have more than three steps may incur additional charges.  Please discuss this with your Meditecwarehouse sales representative in advance.

Scheduling delivery - You will be called to schedule delivery. Upon pre-call you are allowed only seven to ten days to accept the delivery before storage charges will apply. Please plan accordingly.
