  • Opened or defaced product

  • Discontinued product

  • Disposable product

  • Used instruments

  • Expired product

  • Product returned after 3 days of receipt

  • Products drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer

FREIGHT DAMAGE – INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT

Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately, while the delivery person is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery person make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If the damage is concealed you MUST:

  1. Notify us within 8 working hours of receipt.

  2. Report damage in writing to info@meditecwarehouse.com.

  3. Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.

  4. Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate a possible freight inspection.

CREDIT FOR RETURNED GOODS

In order to receive credit for in-stock items shipping from Meditec, product(s) must be returned within 3 days of receipt, must be unopened, and in salable condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Special order items, upholstered items, opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 3 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.

  • In case of customer error, credit issued for in-stock items will be less a 25% restocking and delivery costs.

  • Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop-shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.
